Our company was founded on the idea that sanding and finishing your floors should not be a dirty smelly project.  We started with the best vacuum system on the market and paired it up with the newest technology in dust free sanding equipment. This will elliminate up to 97% of the dust that is typically generated.  The vacuum is mounted in a trailer and operated by its own engine with a direct drive to a turbine.  We back our trailer into your drive way and run hoses from the vacuum to every piece of sanding equipment inside your home so as we are sanding your floor all of the dust is sucked outside to our trailer.  There is no need to hang plastic to separate rooms, mask off your cupboards or worry about your ductwork.    

We also use the highest quality water based finishes available on the market manufactured by a company called Bona.  These finishes produce very little odor and typically will dry in 3 hours so you will not need to move completely out of your home.  Multiple coats of finish can be applied in a day so the project is completed in a shorter time frame.  These finished are also rated as some of the most durable and scratch resistant products available on the market today.
